Our story
Talentpilot idea was born during the biggest global challenge of the 21st century, during the COVID-19 pandemic. More than ever, we began to realize that we want something more from work than just a paycheck. We were working at great companies, but we weren't happy. We weren't ourselves, and we started asking our friends if they had the same feelings.
We found that for most people, the most important aspect besides pay is the work environment, the feeling of meaningful work, and the space to develop themselves both professionally and personally. Building a platform that could properly identify and leverage individuals' behavioral talents was a big task but one we certainly were open to. From the beginning, we knew we had to build the solution not only on proven psychodiagnostic methods but also on modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and advanced data modelling.
The first version of Talentpilot was successfully launched in 2022. Shortly after, we received the first positive feedback from enthusiastic users. This encouraged us to work harder and improve the entire platform and all its functionalities. The following year, we received a key investment from a prominent corporate investor, NOTINO, who became our investor and also a valued partner.
The next chapters of our journey are still unfolding, but our primary goal remains unchanged. We want to empower every open-minded individiual or organization to build better work environments.
