Information on the processing of personal data

To ensure transparency in the processing of personal data and to fulfill legislative obligations, we inform you, as our customers or potential customers, about the processing of your personal data. Therefore, we have prepared this document for you, where you can find all the necessary information in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”), and with the law No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

What personal data about you does the Company process and why?

In the course of its activities, the Company may process personal data obtained from you or from public sources. This particularly includes name and surname, address, email, telephone number, bank account number, company ID Number and VAT ID, IP addresses, and records of communication within the Company's activities, all in order to properly fulfill legal obligations, potentially concluded contracts, and also to inform you about news within the Company.

The Company provides services in the field of identification, interpretation, and development of cognitive and behavioral talents of employees and job applicants.

The Company offers a holistic approach to assessing potential talents by comparing a shared set of values, personalities, and overall cultural fit, which encompasses more than just a job description. It utilizes proven psychodiagnostics assessments and artificial intelligence to provide the best possible results.

The Company also understands that the right combination of personalities is crucial for the health and longevity of an organization.

In case of processing for which the Company does not have another legal basis, your consent will always be requested.

To whom does the Company disclose your data?

Your data may be made accessible to our processor, with whom the Company always has a contract for processing personal data. For a current overview of the Company's processors, contact us using the method mentioned below.

Furthermore, personal data may be transferred to public authorities and state bodies if it is imposed or permitted by legal regulation.

The Company does not transfer your data to any third country or international organization.

How long does the Company keep your data?

The Company will keep your data for the duration of the purpose of their processing, i.e., for the duration of the contract and further for the period required by relevant legal regulations, respectively, the legitimate interest of the Company in protecting its rights in case of complaints or possible disputes, i.e., for the duration of the relevant limitation periods.

Security of your personal data

The security of personal data is of the utmost importance to the Company.

The basis is that all employees of the Company are bound by confidentiality and are regularly trained on the security of information and personal data. Of course, the Company strictly controls access rights, both at the level of physical and logical security.

The Company also regularly performs security risk analysis, based on which it proposes and adopts necessary corrective measures.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the Regulation, you have the following rights:

  • If the Company carries out any of the processing based on your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time using the contacts mentioned below;
  • The right to access your personal data to find out what personal data the Company processes;
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate data;
  • The right to the erasure of personal data where it is justified and possible;
  • The right to restriction of processing of your personal data in cases anticipated by the Regulation;
  • The right to data portability where the legal basis for processing is the need to comply with a contractual relationship, and the data are processed automatically;
  • The right to object in a situation where the lawful reason for processing is the legitimate interest of the Company. In such a case, the Company will stop processing your data for that purpose unless it has a legitimate interest in the processing or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
  • If you believe there has been unauthorized processing of your personal data, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
